Late Thursday (1/24) word spread that legend and skate pioneer, Don "Waldo" Autry, had passed away. I am thankful I got to meet Waldo a few years ago as he was a guest judge for the Pat Wachter bowl contest. Waldo gave so much to skateboarding (some credit him for doing the first kickturn in a pool!) and lived a remarkable life. Our prayers go out to his friends, family and all those he touched in the skateboarding world.
