Member registration correction(source AoS / reported by AMORONE)

Found an error in some of the "helpful" backend code I added to send admin emails on errors. However, it caused members headaches with a "500" error. This has been FIXED!!!! All is right in the world of AOS again. Thanks for your patience and enjoy!
