One day, I helped volunteer with the A.Skate Foundation at one of their clinics. I thought I would "give back" to skateboarding. However, I got back even more that day than I ever imagined. It truly changed my life! I saw first hand as the kids affected with autism "came to life" through skateboarding. It is an amazing organization and a very worthy cause. I now help out when ever and how ever I can. PLEASE do the same! If you see a clinic coming to your area, please volunteer. If you have or know children with autism, please get them to the events. And last but not least, if you can donate money to their cause, please send it! (tax deductible for those in the United States!)
