+ Member Verification - Step 1 |

As a community, we should know the true size of our group(or as close to it as possible) as well
as the members who truly want to be a part of it versus some "bot" that auto-registers or some visitor that
enters bogus information simply to access member areas. For these reasons and more, Art
of Skateboarding requires that members verify their email addresses using a two-step process.
To do so, simply verify the email
address we have listed for you and displayed below. If this information is correct, click the "submit" button. An email
will sent to you with a randomly generated confirmation code and further instructions of how to verify your membership for step 2.
NOTE: We have had issues reported by AOL, GMAIL, Hotmail and other users. If you do not receive your verification code, please
check your "trash", spam or junk mail settings and filters. Often, those service providers use additional filters that may flag emails from this
site as "spam". You should be able to set our contact email address as a contact or "not spam" email address.

Can't Verify ?

Having trouble verifying your membership? Check to make sure of the following:
- make sure you are logged into the site
- make sure your correct email address displays in the verification form
- verify that the confirmation code that appears in the form is the same sent to you in the confirmation email
- verify that the confirmation code you are using is the most recent sent to you (ie. if you verify again,
your confirmation code will be reset and a new one is sent)
If still having problems, you can attempt to try the verification
process again (a new email and code will be sent). If this fails as well,
please send us an email detailing your steps and error.
